Robert Frank at Kips Bay

Robert Frank Interiors is excited to participate in the Kips Bay Decorator Show House as it returns to Dallas. This year, 25 designers will transform a 25,000 square foot Turtle Creek estate.

For its fifth year in Dallas, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House enlisted a spectacular lineup of twenty-five celebrated designers and architects who have used their talent and design expertise to completely transform the 2-acre estate at 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard. Once intended to become the city’s first Mandarin Oriental hotel, the property sits between the historic Rosewood Mansion and the planned Four Seasons Hotel & Residences.

Open to the public for three weeks beginning Friday, October 24th, the Show House doubles as the nation’s leading design event of the year and a major fundraiser for Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. For nearly half a century, top interior designers have come together to raise more than $31 million for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, which provides young people with much needed educational and developmental programs.

The Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas also benefits two local Dallas charities: Dwell with Dignity, a nonprofit agency dedicated to creating soothing, inspiring homes for families struggling with homelessness and poverty, and The Crystal Charity Ball, another Dallas-based organization whose mission is to aid, support and make contributions to children’s charities in Dallas County.

Opening day is October 24 and general admission runs October 25 through November 13, 2024. For more information, visit the Kips Bay website here. Secure your tickets to the Fifth Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas.
